Publishing - Workflows [EM 21.1 UG]

If EditMate is used together with VidiFlow, additional functionalities are made available to users and administrators with regards to the configuration of and the selection of options in the Publish Page in ConfigPortal.
With VidiFlow supporting the possibility of pooling workflows together, users are able to select a particular workflow and have it triggered when publishing a sequence. Users may even have multiple workflows triggered when publishing.
Additionally, users have option to specify which parameters are used in the workflows at a workflow level from within ConfigPortal.

In the example above, EditMate offers a preconfigured workflow for publishing sequences into the system.
Please note that workflow creation, modification and their availability is restricted to only those users which necessary roles in VidiFlow and ConfigPortal.

Workflow Specific Parameters

In addition to being able to select which workflows are available when publishing a sequence, users can also define the specific parameters for each workflow in ConfigPortal.
